3rd EDITION

For the third edition of the Prison Movie Festival in Olsztyn, 21 films were submitted, including foreign films from Slovakia, Hungary, the USA and Israel.

For the first time, the Grand Prix awards Festival were awarded in two categories: professional and amateur.

The film “Point of Departure” was on the list of 10 productions thai competed for the final Oscar nomination. The picture competed in the short documentary film category. Exit Point” tells the story of a young girl serving a sentence for murder. After severa! years in prison, Aneta begins working as a caregiver for an elderly woman suffering from rheumatism. The film was produced as part of the “First Documentary” program co-financed by the Polish Film Institute.
