The International Film Festival in Olsztyn „Prison Movie” is the event where prison-themed films from all over the world will be screened. The results will be announced and the „Good Villain” statues and awards will be presented on 12 October 2023 during a special event – the Final Gala at the Warmia and Mazury Philharmonic in Olsztyn.

Okręgowy Inspektorat Służby Więziennej (Regional Prison Service Inspectorate) in Olsztyn

and Areszt Śledczy (Detention Centre) in Olsztyn.

So far we have watched and evaluated a total of 207 films from Poland and abroad

(USA, Colombia, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Slovakia, Israel, Great Britain, Serbia, Finland, Lithuania, Czechia, Italy, Nepal, Romania).
